RETURN POLICY |

Returns and exchanges must be made within 35 days of shipping date. NO EXCEPTIONS. Returns
must be accompanied by the Return Slip enclosed with your order or a copy
of the original invoice. Merchandise must be in perfect condition,
all tags attached and suitable for resell. Shoes must be returned in
a sturdy carton to protect the original manufacturer's box and
product. Shoes must show NO sign of wear on the sole of the
shoes nor on the inside of the shoes. Please try on shoes
with hose or socks on a paper towel, carpet or a clean surface.
There is not return on tight. |

Pointe Shoe Return Policy: Shoes must be in new condition and in the original packaging. They must be shipped back to us in a sturdy carton that will protect the original box or packaging. If you feel that you have received a defective pair of shoes, ship them back to us and we will examine the shoes and make a determination. We sometimes send them back to the manufacturer for instructions from them. No returns will be accepted on shoes that are showing any stress, wear or that are soiled on the inside of the shoes as well as the outside of the shoes, especially the toe box. No returns will be accepted on shoes that show evidence of ribbon or elastic attachment. Shoes that have been altered in anyway such as breaking or cutting the shank are not considered defective and will no be accepted for return. Any returns not meeting these guidelines will be returned to the customer. |

A reshipping fee of $9.00 will be charged on all exchanges plus 75 cents for each additional item. Exchanges will be made via UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail only. Air shipments are available at regular air rates. |

The following items will not be accepted for return or exchange. "TO ORDER ITEMS", "SPECIAL MAKEUP SHOES", "SPECIAL ORDER ITEMS", "FINAL SALE OR CLEARANCE ITEMS", "DANCE TIGHTS", " DANCE BELTS", "UNDERGARMENTS", "COLOR OR SIZES THAT ARE NOT PART OF OUR NORMAL STOCK". A 15% RESTOCKING FEE WILL BE CHARGED ON ALL RETURNS TOTALING $75.00 or more. Items charged to a credit card will be credit back to the original card used. Items pair for by money order will be refunded by check or we can issue a store credit for future use. |
