"To Order Items" are merchandise that we do not regularly stock. These items are indicated throughout our web-site usually with the following notation: SPECIAL ORDER / PREPAID / NO RETURN.
These items have to be prepaid in advance and can not be returned nor exchanged.
Please allow a minimum of 2 to 4 weeks for shipping to you.
We can not offer free shipping on these items.
SALE OR CLEARANCE ITEMS: We can not offer free shipping on any item that is on sale. Sale or Clearance items can not be returned nor exchanged and sold as is.
Shipping
Information
We make every effort to get your order out to you within the next working
day. Special orders and out-of-stock items will take longer. We ship via
UPS or USPS. Please note that UPS does not ship to P.O. boxes. You have a
choice of shipping in-stock items immediately and back-orders later or
shipping a complete order. You will be charged a rate of $8.00 for
the first item and $0.75 for each additional item for a separate
shipping of back ordered items over $25.00; backordered items
under $25 will be shipped to you at no extra charge Back orders
older than 90 days will be canceled unless there are special circumstances
(special orders, etc.).
We make every effort to keep shipping costs at affordable rates, therefore, should you (the customer) ask your local UPS to deliver your order to an address other than the one that you gave us, give us the incorrect address or zip code,
you will be charged for the extra fee the UPS charges us. (Ground = $5.00 2-DAY AIR = $10.00 and Overnight = $20.00)Air Shipments may have to be sent by dimensional weight and will be more expensive that what is stated. Please call or e-mail for shipping quote.
Sales Tax - Texas residents add 8.25% sales tax on total of order including shipping.
Exchanges/Returns
Returns and exchanges must be made within 35 days of shipping date. NO
EXCEPTIONS. Original invoice and instructions must be enclosed.
No exchanges or returns will be made until merchandise is received.
Merchandise and manufacturer’s original packaging must be in perfect and
unworn condition, tags attached and suitable for resale. Shoes must be
shipped in a sturdy box to protect original manufacturer's box and
product. A reshipping fee of $8.00 + $0.75 for each additional
exchanged item will be charged on all exchanges. For further
specifications on pointe shoe returns, refer to page 6. No returns on
special order items. No
returns on tights, undergarments or dance belts. Credits
may be issued for credit card orders.
A 15% RESTOCKING FEE will be charged on any returned item (s)
totaling $75.00 and up.
Prices
All our prices are from 20% - 30% below suggested retail. In case of a
price increase from our manufacturer, we must also increase our price. Therefore
all prices are subject to change without notice.
We can not guarantee the fit of any item due to the difference in foot sizing and body structure.
International Customers / Non-USA Residents
Postage rates for international shipping vary greatly. All international orders are shipped via GLOBAL EXPRESS.
We use USPS shipping rates + insurance and handling fee of $3 to $5. For shipping price quote, please e-mail us at thedanceshop@22dance.com or fax to us and we will be happy to calculate it for you. Rates are figured by country shipped to, weight of package plus insurance.
Please note: we do not ship to all countries.
