Thank you Texas Customers for shopping with us. We are sorry to announce that we can no longer offer FREE SHIPPING to you. UPS has increased their rates by as much as 8 % depending on the zip code that the order is being shipped to. USPS rates went up last year but we chose not to pass on these costs at the time. We have come up with a plan that will still help you with your shipping cost. We will charge a flat rate of $8.00 on all orders up to and including $100.00, however, we reserve the right to choose either USPS (Priority Mail) or UPS Ground, whichever is the most economical for us and we can no longer guarantee next day delivery. If you require your order faster, you will be charged regular UPS rates which could be anywhere from $8.00 up to $15.00 depending on your zip code. This reduced shipping will not show up on internet orders but will be given to you when your order is processed. Backorders and Exchanges will be shipped at a reduced rate also. These rates will be effective February 1, 2010.
Shipments that are refused by you the customer will only be refunded the price of the items. Shipping charges will not be credited back to the credit card. Items that total $75 or more will also be charged a 15% Restocking Fee. We do not return shipping charges on items that are returned to us nor do we pay for shipping items back to us.
There are several secure ways to place an order, either through a secure server, through e-mail followed by a phone call with your credit card information or by printing out your completed order form for faxing or mailing to us. We hope that this will be convenient for those of you who are unable to reach us during business hours and who enjoy doing their shopping on the "web." Our staff is well trained in fitting dance wear and shoes. Should you have any questions about sizing we will be happy to assist you.
If you need an item that is not listed in our catalog, please call us. We will make every effort to get it for you if it is a brand that we already stock, however, this would be a special order item. See How to Order for information.
If the item you ordered is in stock, it will be shipped out by the next working day via UPS. Any item that is out of stock will be placed on backorder and shipped to you the day we receive it for a reduced rate of $8.00 for the first item and $.75 for each additional item on backorders that total over $25.00. Backordered items under $25.00 are shipped at no extra charge via UPS ground service or USPS priority mail only. If you are in a rush for an item, we can ship via next day or second day air for an additional charge. Please refer to the order form for specific details.
For your convenience, we accept money orders, cashier's checks, Master Card, Visa, American Express or Discover Cards as payment for your order. (We no longer accept personal checks for mail orders.) Orders placed on the internet must be paid for by credit card. You may copy the order blank and order by mail if you wish to pay by cashiers check or money order.

Due to our overhead expenses, we cannot offer the catalog discount prices in our store, but we do offer student, teacher, student teacher and professional discounts in our retail store. Our hours are 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM, Monday thru Friday and 9:30 AM to 5:00 PM on Saturday.
